400 grams Jaggery

1 tablespoon Salt

1 tablespoon Black salt

1 tablespoon Cumin powder

Water as per taste

Directions

Blend the amla pieces in a mixer grinder to form a smooth paste.

Strain the amla juice using a muslin cloth, extracting all the liquid.In a pan, heat the amla juice over medium heat.

Add jaggery to the heated amla juice and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously until the jaggery dissolves completely.

Add salt, black salt, and cumin powder to the mixture, stirring well.

Turn off the flame and let the sherbet cool down to room temperature.

Once cooled, transfer the sherbet to a glass jar and refrigerate.

To serve, mix 0.25 cup of amla sherbet with 1 glass of water and ice cubes.

Stir well and serve chilled.
