1 tablespoon Oil
1 inch Ginger
4 pieces Garlic clove
2 pieces Green Chilies
1 cup Cabbage
1 piece Capsicum
1 tablespoon Cornflour
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Lemon juice
quarter cup Coriander leaves
3 cups Hot water
Tips

Cook vegetables lightly to retain nutrients and crunch.
Directions
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add grated ginger, minced garlic , chopped coriander, and finely chopped green chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the grated cabbage and chopped capsicum. Sprinkle with salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the hot water and stir. Gradually add the cornflour slurry, mixing continuously to avoid lumps. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add black pepper powder and lemon juice. Mix well and simmer for another minute. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
