250 ml Skimmed milk
50 grams Stevia or any other natural sweetener
1 teaspoon Ghee
quarter teaspoon Cardamom powder
10 grams Chopped nuts

Directions
Heat Ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
Pour in skimmed milk and cook on low heat until the carrots are tender and most of the milk evaporates.
Add stevia and cardamom powder, mix well, and cook until the mixture thickens to desired consistency.
Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
Traditional Carrot Halwa

half liter Full - fat milk
100 grams Sugar
50 grams Ghee
teaspoon Cardamom powder
10 grams Chopped nuts
10 grams Raisins
Directions
Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add grated carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
Pour in the milk and cook on low heat until the carrots are tender and the milk evaporates, stirring occasionally.
Add sugar and continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
Stir in cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, garnished with more nuts if desired.
