1 cup Coriander
7 pieces Spinach Leaves
10 pieces Green chillies
10 pieces Curry leaves
1 teaspoon Special sandwich masala
1 tablespoon Roasted chana dal
4 pieces Garlic Cloves
Water as per needed
Directions
Wash the coriander leaves thoroughly. Blanch the spinach leaves.
In a grinding jar, combine coriander leaves, blanched spinach, green chillies, garlic, curry leaves, special sandwich masala, and roasted chana dal. Grind into a fine paste.
Add water as needed to achieve a thick but spreadable consistency. Your chutney is ready for use. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
Special Sandwich Masala
Ingredients

2 tbsp Cumin
1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
2 Teaspoons Cloves
1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
half piece Star anise
1 tablespoon Amchur powder
half teaspoon Hing
1 tablespoon Anardana powder
half teaspoon Ginger powder
1 tablespoon Black salt
2 tbsp Salt
Directions
In a pan over medium heat, dry roast cumin seeds, peppercorns, cloves, fennel seeds, and star anise (if using) until fragrant. Allow them to cool.
Transfer the roasted spices to a grinding jar. Add amchur powder, hing, anardana powder, ginger powder, black salt, and salt. Grind into a fine powder.
Store the sandwich masala in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

1 cup Onions
100 grams Processed cheese

5 tbsp Special spicy green chutney
4 pieces Bread Slices
Butter as per needed
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped capsicum, onions, grated cheese, sandwich masala/chaat masala, and special spicy green chutney. Mix well.
Spread the cheese-chili mixture evenly on two slices of bread. Place one slice over the other to make a sandwich.
Preheat a toaster or pan. Apply butter to the bread and toast until golden brown. Press gently to keep the filling intact.
Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup, or any dip of your choice. For a street-style presentation, apply a little butter and chutney on top, and grate some cheese.
