1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
1 piece Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 cup Rice
3 cups Chicken stock
Salt as per taste

In a pressure cooker, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and add 1 bay leaf.
Sauté 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and 1 piece of chopped onion until golden.
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 1 cup of washed rice.
Mix well.
Pour in 3 cups of chicken stock and add salt to taste.
Mix thoroughly.
Close the pressure cooker and cook until you hear 3-4 whistles.
Once done, let the pressure release naturally.
