Directions
Wash and chop the lettuce, kale, and red cabbage. Slice the bell peppers and cucumber. Finely chop the jalapeno and slice the olives.
If using fresh chicken, roast or grill it until fully cooked. Allow it to cool slightly, then shred or cube it.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
