1 piece Chopped Onion
2 pieces Green Chilies
2 pieces Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
2 pieces Finely Chopped Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
Salt as per taste

4 pieces Wheat pav bread rolls

Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
Add ground chicken to the pan and cook until it turns brown, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Mix well.Cook the mixture for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors meld together.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
