300 grams Minced chicken
1 piece Onion
2 pieces Garlic Cloves
1 piece Ginger
1 piece Carrot
half cup Cabbage
2 pieces Green chilies
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix minced chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, cabbage, green chilies, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out into thin circles.
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the edges of the circle to form pleats and seal the momos securely.
Steam the momos in a steamer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
