1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
half teaspoon Vanilla extract
quarter teaspoon Cinnamon
half cup Rolled oats
half cup Greek yogurt
half cup Spinach leaves

To make it dairy-free, use dairy-free yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
Freeze ripe bananas beforehand for a thicker, frostier texture.
