2 pieces Onion
4 pieces Tirphala
half inch Ginger
1 tablespoon Coriander powder
1 tablespoon Malvani masala or red chili powder
half teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Tamarind paste
Water as per taste
2 tbsp Oil
Salt as per taste

Directions
In a mixer, combine fresh grated coconut, half an onion, tirphala, ginger, coriander seeds, Malvani masala or red chili powder, turmeric powder, and tamarind paste. Add water and blend into a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add cleaned clams to the pan, mixing well with the onions. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt, then add the prepared paste to the pan, stirring until combined. Adjust the consistency with water as needed.
Cook for another 5-8 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Serve hot with rice or bread of your choice.
