1 teaspoon Oil
Oregano as per taste
1 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon Garlic
1 piece Onion
Fresh coriander as per needed
4 cups Cooked rice
1 piece Lemon
Salt as per taste
Directions
Heat butter and oil in a wok over high flame until the butter melts.
Reduce the flame, add oregano, red chilli flakes, garlic, and onion. Cook until onions are light golden brown.
Mix in fresh coriander, then add the cooked rice, lemon zest, and juice. Season with salt and stir well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.

1 tablespoon Garlic
2 pieces Green chilli
250 grams Mushrooms
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Refined flour
half liter Milk
1 pinch Oregano
1 pinch red chilli flakes
1 pinch Crushed black peppercorns
Tips

Directions
In a pan, heat olive oil over high flame. Add garlic and green chilli, sauté briefly.
Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown and moisture evaporates.
Remove mushrooms, add butter in the same pan. Once melted, add flour and cook until sandy.
Gradually add milk, whisking to avoid lumps. Once smooth, reintroduce mushrooms, add seasonings, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
