half Tbs Roasted & crushed cumin seeds
half teaspoon Chaat masala
4 pieces Green Chilies
3 Tbs All purpose flour
3 Tbs Corn flour
quarter teaspoon Salt
quarter piece Cold water
half teaspoon Oil
300 grams Potatoes, boiled & mashed
half teaspoon Chili powder
quarter teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Bread Crumbs

Directions
In a frying pan, heat oil, add carrot, peas, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, and salt. Gradually add water to make a thin batter. Add oil and mix well.
Combine mashed potatoes with the stir-fried vegetables, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and all-purpose flour. Mix thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into 8-10 kebabs, dip into the prepared batter, then coat in bread crumbs.
In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the kebabs until golden brown. For a healthier option, air fry the kababs.
