100 ml Milk
55 grams Curd
half teaspoon Vinegar
100 grams Refined flour (maida)
30 grams Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk softened butter and castor sugar until fluffy.
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence, mix well. Incorporate milk, followed by a mixture of curd and vinegar.
Sift in refined flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a parchment paper-lined baking tin and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.

quarter cup Sugar
half cup Boiling water
Directions
Mix chopped strawberries with powdered sugar and set aside.
Prepare sugar water by dissolving sugar in boiling water and let it cool.
