400 grams Prawns, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 pieces Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tbsp All purpose flour
1 cup Low - fat milk
Black pepper as per taste
Parsley as per taste
Salt as per taste

Directions
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Remove prawns from the skillet and set aside.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
