half piece Onion
1 Sprig Sprig of curry leaves
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
NaN Coriander leaves
half inch Ginger
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Red rice flour
quarter cup Water
Tips
For a crispier texture, add a bit more water to the dough to make it slightly wetter.
If red rice flour is unavailable, substitute with any gluten-free flour of your choice.

Directions
In a large bowl, mix the grated papaya, chopped green chili, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and ginger.

Roll each part into a ball and then flatten it to form rotis using a rolling pin.
