200 grams Mushrooms
2 tbsp Hung curd
2 tbsp Besan
half teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Chaat masala
1 teaspoon Black salt
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
Tips
Ensure mushrooms are thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt.
Adjust spice levels according to your preference.
Use skewers soaked in water before grilling to prevent burning.
Directions
Wash and clean 200g of mushrooms. Pat dry with a paper towel and cut into halves if large.
In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of hung curd, 2 tablespoons of besan, 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon each of red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and black salt. Add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste. Mix well to coat the mushrooms evenly.
Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
Grill the mushroom skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are lightly charred and cooked through.
Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
