Directions
Wash the guavas thoroughly and pat them dry.
Cut off the top of each guava and scoop out the inner pulp, leaving the outer shell intact. Set aside the pulp for later use.
In a blender, combine the guava pulp, sugar, salt, black salt, and water. Blend until smooth.
Dip the outer edges of each guava bowl in a mixture of chilli powder and salt.
Pour the freshly blended guava juice into each guava bowl.
