2 pieces Pearl spot (karimeen)
half piece Garcinia cambogia, soaked in some water
1 & half tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
quarter teaspoon Turmeric powder
half teaspoon Black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Coconut Oil as per needed
Tips
Ensure the fish is fresh to maintain the best flavor and texture.

Fry the fish on medium heat to avoid burning the spices.
Directions
Prepare the Fish: Clean the Pearl Spot fish thoroughly and make slight incisions on both sides to help the marinade penetrate better.
Soak Garcinia Cambogia: Soak the half piece of Garcinia Cambogia in a small bowl of water to soften.
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the soaked Garcinia Cambogia, 1.50 tablespoons of Kashmiri chili powder, 0.25 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 0.50 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Add salt to taste and enough water to make a thick paste.
Marinate the Fish: Apply the marinade generously inside the incisions and all over the fish. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Fry the Fish: Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the marinated fish and fry on each side for about 7-8 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Serve Hot: Remove from heat and serve the Karimeen Fry hot with a slice of lime and onion rings.
