Sauté for 3 minutes.

Add salt to taste and 3 cups of hot water.

Kharda Paste

Ingredients

3 tbsp Oil

1 teaspoon Cumin seeds

10 pieces Garlic Cloves

1 inch Ginger

6 Serving Serving chilies

half cup Dry coconut

half cup Coriander leaves

Water as per taste

Directions

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 10 cloves of garlic, 1 inch ginger, and 6 green chilies.

Sauté until fragrant.

Add 0.5 cup dry coconut and sauté until golden brown.

Transfer everything to a mixer grinder.

Add 0.5 cup coriander leaves and a small amount of water.

Grind into a smooth paste.
