4 pieces Green chilies
4 tbsp Moong dal, Soaked
4 tbsp Rice, Soaked
2 tbsp Peanut powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin
Salt as per taste
Tips

Ensure to soak the moong dal and rice beforehand for a better texture and quicker cooking.

Directions
Wash the mustard leaves thoroughly. Remove the stems and chop them finely. Peel and chop the garlic and slit the green chilies.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped garlic and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add the soaked moong and rice to the pan, along with salt. Mix well.
Gently add the chopped mustard leaves to the mixture. Add a little water to help it cook.
Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are tender.
Once cooked, garnish with peanut powder. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
