2 tbsp Butter
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 piece Onion
1 piece Green chili
half teaspoon Turmeric powder
half teaspoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala
Salt as per taste
8 pieces Bread

Directions
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix well.
Add mashed potatoes and salt. Mix thoroughly and cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Take a slice of bread and butter it lightly.
Spread a generous amount of the prepared masala evenly on the bread.
Place a few tomato and cucumber slices on top of the masala.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
Cover with another slice of bread and press gently.
Heat a sandwich griller or a panini press.
Place the assembled sandwich and grill until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
Remove from the grill, slice diagonally, and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
