half cup Flaxseeds

half cup Pumpkin seeds

half cup Sunflower seeds

1 cup De-seeded dates

quarter cup Cocoa powder

1 tablespoon Cardamom powder

2 tbsp Ghee

quarter cup Hot water

1 cup Dry coconut flakes

Tips

Directions

Heat a pan and dry roast almonds and walnuts for a few minutes until fragrant. Set aside to cool. Once cooled, transfer to a mixer and pulse to make a coarse powder.

In the same pan, dry roast chia seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds until they release a nutty aroma. Let them cool and then pulse in a mixer to form a coarse powder.

Dry roast the dry coconut flakes until slightly golden. Allow them to cool and grind them into a fine powder.

Combine all the prepared powders (nuts, seeds, and coconut) in a bowl. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

Soak de-seeded dates in hot water for about 20 minutes. Transfer to a mixer and blend into a smooth paste.

Heat ghee in a pan, add the date paste, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add the date paste to the prepared powder mixture. Add cocoa powder and cardamom powder. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Take small portions (about 30g each) and roll them into bite-sized ladoos.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
