2 cups Lettuce
1 piece Bell pepper
1 cup Red cabbage
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Ginger - garlic paste
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Basil Leaves
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Honey
Tips

Directions
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to prepare the marinade.
Add cubed paneer to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the marinated paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together chopped basil leaves, balsamic vinegar, and honey to prepare the dressing.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together shredded lettuce, sliced bell pepper, and shredded red cabbage.
Add the grilled paneer cubes to the bowl of veggies.
