Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, yeast, oil, and salt.
Knead the mixture for 1-2 minutes until it forms a rough dough.

After resting, add a little water to the dough and knead well for an additional 10 minutes.
Cover with a cloth and allow it to rise again.
In a food processor, blend walnuts, basil, coriander, salt, hard cheese, and garlic until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Preheat your oven to 240°C (464°F).
Take a cast-iron pan and spread the pizza dough evenly.
Top the dough with basil pesto sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over the top.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling, approximately 10-15 minutes.
