1 cup Rice flour
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of rice flour thoroughly.
In a pan, bring 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil.
Pour the boiling water mixture into the rice flour and mix well. Cover the mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, knead the mixture to form a smooth dough.
Using a Chakali or idiyappam mould, make round-shaped idiyappams.
Steam the idiyappams for approximately 12 minutes.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or coconut jaggery milk.
