1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Ginger - garlic paste
1 piece Onion
1 piece Tomato
half teaspoon Turmeric powder
half teaspoon Red chili powder
half teaspoon Garam masala
half teaspoon Coriander powder
Salt as per taste
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions
Heat the Ghee/Oil: In a pan, heat the ghee or oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Allow them to splutter.
