1 & half cups Sweet Potatoes, Chopped
1 cup Broccoli florets
2 tbsp Oil
half cup Onion
1 tablespoon Ginger - garlic paste
1 cup Tomato, Chopped
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
half teaspoon Red chili powder
Salt as per taste
half cup Water

Add broccoli florets and cook uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until both sweet potatoes and broccoli are tender.
