1 Tbs Oil

half teaspoon Black mustard seeds

half teaspoon Cumin seeds

6 pieces Curry leaves

quarter cup Coriander, Chopped

4 pieces Garlic Cloves

1 pinch Hing

half teaspoon Turmeric

Salt as per taste
