1 cup Curd
half cup Water
half teaspoon Baking soda
Salt as per taste

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yogurt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Cover and let it ferment for 6-8 hours or overnight in a warm place.
After fermentation, add salt and baking soda to the batter. Mix gently.
Grease idli molds with oil and pour the batter into each mold.
Steam the idlis for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow them to cool slightly before removing from the molds.
